1-2-3 "Messacre"

This match was to close to call prior to the second half and after seeing Valencia create some goal worthy opportunities I was scared even though I was confident that we would "eventually" make it through.
And yes we did after the Messi-massacre or shall I say Messacre. I was happy to see Bojan start but he just failed to impress again trying sometimes to hard to create a Messi like defense penetrating moment and in some cases just lost the ball too easily. Valdes on the other hand was great this match with his 3 noteworthy goal stopping saves and off-course his 1vs1 victory over Nicola Zigic who by the way is 6' 8" in-case u didn't already know that.

Surprisingly after the entry of Henry in the second half who replaced Bojan, Barca had a more commanding hold over the game, look's like his presence somehow altered the game and brought back the good old world class Barca gameplay we all have come to see and love.

Messi as always has proved why he is the worlds best and why we cant do without him, and his first goal was a class apart, cutting through 3 players and finding the back of the net. Honestly I have no idea how he makes so much from so little. Every time you think he cant score in that kind of a spot he proves you wrong and scores. His second and thrid goals were also sublime not to mention the assist from Henry. Who somehow was able to show a glimpse of his once younger self. I feel Henry will always be instrumental in winning us the La Liga and Champions league even though he has been under a lot of criticism off late.

On the whole we have come through this game on top, seeing that this was one of the most important games before we play Real, I am sure our confidence is on a high and we will beat them in the Bernabeu.
